Our brand new modern apartment is situated on the New Golden Mile between San Pedro and the town of Estepona, on a popular urbanization called Costalita. It is less than one hours drive from Malaga and Gibraltar airports and close to the resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella. The community of Costalita del Sol consists of 69 apartments over three storeys and is a mixture of one, two and three bedroomed accommodation.

The development was completed in 2004 and our apartment is situated on the ground floor directly in front of the swimming pool and with a small private garden to the rear.
